摘 要:简要介绍了生物表面活性剂的分类及其合成方法;较详细地介绍了生物表面活性剂与化学合成表面活性剂相似和优于化学合成表面活性剂的特性以及生物表面活性剂的生理学功能;重点阐述了生物表面活性剂在石油工业、环境工程、食品工业、化妆品工业及医学领域等方面的应用现状;最后展望了生物表面活性剂的应用前景。The categories and synthesis methods of biosurfactants were briefly introduced. The similarity between characteristics of surfaetants prepared by biological way and chemical synthesis way as well as the better characteristics of the former than that of the latter was discussed in details. The physiological function of biosurfaetants was described. The applications of biosurfactants in the fields such as petroleum industry, environmental engineering, food processing, cosmetic preparation and medication were focused. The outlook of development in applications of biosurfaetants was prospected.
