摘　　要：通过对BIT.CWF基本工作流原理、状态机工作流的构建以及WCF通信架构的应用与实现技术的介绍,提出了基于WF技术实现的吉林省电力有限公司通信流程管理系统方案,阐述了该系统具备的正向流传、回退、角色分配、实时监控等功能,对今后类似系统的应用及推广具有指导和借鉴意义。This paper introduces the basic principle of BIT.CWF workflow, state machine workflow, as well as the application of WCF communication architecture. It puts forward a communication workflow management plan based on WF technology for Jilin Electric Power Company, and discusses the functions of forward flow, rollback, role allocation as well as real-time monitoring. It has guiding value for its future applications.
