摘  要:为了提高超细铁纤维的抗氧化性能并改善其电磁参数,采用SiO2包覆/H2还原复合工艺对超细铁纤维(D≈0.3μm)进行改性,并对包覆层厚度、纤维电阻率、电磁参数、吸波性能、抗氧化性能等进行分析测试。实验结果表明:在优化工艺条件下得到平均理论厚度为3 nm的SiO2包覆层,能使纤维的表面绝缘化,有效地提高纤维的吸波性能,并显著提高纤维的抗氧化性能;对包覆纤维进行H2还原处理,在保证防烧结的前提下能有效降低其杂质含量。In order to improve the oxidation resistance and electromagnetic parameters of the superfine iron fiber, SiO2 coating and H2 reduction processes were introduced to modify the superfine iron fiber. The coating thickness, resistivity, electromagnetic parameters, absorbing performance, oxidation resistance ete were measured and analyzed. SiO2 coating with average thickness of 3 nm can be achieved by optimized process, which insulates the surface of the fiber, and enhances the absorbing performance and oxidation resistance of the fiber. H2 reduction of the SiO2 coated fiber reduces the impurity content prominently when the sinter of the fiber is prevented by the SiO2 coating.
