摘　　要：循环经济的实现需要有技术创新作支撑,即要求进行生态化技术创新。由于资源环境市场失效、传统发展模式的路径依赖、对生态产品的需求不旺及公众生态意识淡薄等因素的阻碍,生态化技术创新面临困境,本文提出要联合市场、企业、政府、科研机构、公众及国际合作等多方力量及各自作用机制来推动循环经济下的生态化技术创新。It needs technological innovation for the realization of circular economy. That is, it needs eco-technology innovation. However, obstacles such as failures of resources and environments market, path dependence of traditional development model, less demands for eco-products and dim ecological awareness among the public, result in difficulties in eco-technology innovation. The paper brings forward that we should combine the function of market, enterprises, government, scientific research institutions, the public and international cooperation to push forward eco-technology innovation.
