摘　　要：在回顾安徽省政府网站绩效评估发展历史、总结归纳其近三年来开展政府网站绩效评估创新实践工作的基础上,对基于第三方评估机制的安徽省政府网站绩效评估工作体系进行了深刻的剖析和探讨,并针对该工作体系的不足,结合国内外政府绩效评估实践与理论研究,提出了从加强制度建设和完善评估反馈机制等方面进行改进的思路与建议。Based on the historical evolvement of Anhui provincial government website performance evaluation activities, and the innovative practice experience of the last-three-year performance evaluation of Anhui government website, this paper gives a penetrating analysis of the government website performance evaluation work system which is based on the third-party assessment mechanism. To make up for the lack of the work system, the paper applies the domestic and foreign experiences, and proposes strengthening the institution construction and improving the assessment of feedback mechanisms.
