摘　　要：农村科技协调员是一支来自农民、扎根农村、服务农民的农村科技人才队伍,他们在北京都市型现代农业建设中发挥了巨大作用,成为农村科技推广创新的动力与标志。农村科技协调员体系是北京新型农村科技服务体系的核心,本文研究了农村科技协调员体系在选拔、激励、协调、保障、培训五个方面运行机制的现状、特点和存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策建议,将为北京及我国新型农村科技服务体系的创新发展提供有益借鉴。This paper is based on a comprehensive survey on the rural science and technology coordinator system of Beijing. There are five aspects problems of the current operation mechanism, including selection, stimulation, coordination, support and training. Furthermore, this paper provides several constructive solutions. The paper provides useful references to the innovation and development of the new rural science and technology service system for the other provinces in China.
