摘  要:基于三维雷诺时均N-S方程和realizablek-ε湍流模型,采用SIMPLEC算法对广东省某大型竖井贯流式泵站的初始方案进行了数值模拟计算与分析,并提出流道尺寸的优化方案。对比优化前后的计算结果表明,该优化方案明显改善了整个流道的流态,减弱了水流在泵进口处的强烈冲撞,消除了局部回流、负压及脱流现象,水流在岔管处平稳过渡。该方案为泵站流道的优化设计提供了有力依据,可供类似工程参考。Based on the Reynolds average N-S equations and the realizable k-ε turbulent model of three dimensional turbulent flow, numerical simulation and analysis on the initial scheme of large shaft tubular pump station in Guangdong Province is obtained using SIMPLEC method. And the optimal size scheme of flow pass is also gained. Analysis of the numerical simulation results shows that optimization scheme significantly improved the overall flow of the flow pattern, sharply reduced the strong flow crash in the pump inlet, and eliminated the local backflow, negative pressure, as well as the flow separation. The flow goes through the manifold smoothly. The optimal program provides the strong basis for the optimal design of the pump station flow pass. It is applied to the practical engineering.
