摘  要:以澳洲坚果生产多个品种的茎叶及花器官为材料,对澳洲坚果的解剖形态进行研究,显微观察表明:澳洲坚果为典型的双子叶植物,气孔均匀分布在下表皮,气孔器为短平列型气孔器。澳洲坚果茎叶及子房结构中存在特有的单宁细胞层,子房上位,单心皮,单室,内直生二胚珠,双珠被,厚珠心,珠心突出成珠心喙。花柱为闭合型花柱,柱头细胞特化成棒状乳突。子房解剖形态在植物进化系统中处于较原始地位。Using several cultivars stems,leaves and organ of Macadamia ternifolia F.J. Muell as experimental materials to research micro-morphology, The results by microscope shows. The stem and leaf of is typical of dicotyledoneae, the stomata which are typies of brachyparacytic are equally present in lower epidemis. Tannic also can be found in cells of outerwall of ovary and ovules. The ovary is superior, unicarpellate and unilocular. The placenta is suspended placentation from which two atropous ovules suspend side by side. The ovule is bitegminous,crassi mucellate and the nucellus protrudes from micropyle and forms nucellar beak. The style is closed and there are papillae cells on the surface of stigma.
