摘　　要：对国内外低碳城市的理论研究和规划建设实践进行了回顾和总结,提出低碳城市规划主要应关注城市形态、土地利用、产业发展、能源利用、交通模式、城市建筑等方面,并针对低碳城市与生态城市的关系、低碳城市规划的定位、理论基础以及低碳城市评价指标体系等方面进行了初步探讨,提出低碳城市深入研究的方向。This paper reviews the theories and practices on low-carbon urban planning and construction home and abroad. It points out that low-carbon urban planning should focus on the urban form, land use, industrial development, energy use, traffic pattern, and architectures, etc. Meantime, it discusses the relationship between low-carbon city and eco-city, the position, theoretical basis, evaluation index system and study direction of low-carbon urban planning.
