摘 要:为研究开发酸性电解质可充式二次锌空电池,实验研究了以钛板为基体的锌电极,通过线性扫描曲线、SEM、金相、以及充电等方法来测试其性能,考察酸度、电流密度对锌沉积性能的影响程度,探索在酸性环境下最佳的溶液配比和最适宜的电流密度。在常温、酸浓度为1.0 mol/L,沉积锌适宜的电流密度为50~60 mA/cm2,沉积在钛板上锌的槽电压平台为3.0~3.1 V,沉积上的锌均匀致密,没有明显的枝晶和变形问题;六次循环沉积溶出实验后,电流效率高于85%,说明钛板是可行的新型可充式酸性锌空电池的锌载体材料。To study and explore the new acid electrolyte rechargeable zinc-air battery, our research used titanium plates for zinc anode -carriers, through the linear scan curve, SEM, metallographic analysis and charge methods to test their performance, the effect of acidity and current density on zinc deposition, and explore the best solution ratio and the suitable current density under the acid environment. At ambient temperature, acid concentration of 1.0 mol/L conditions, the most appropriate conditions for the deposition of zinc are as follows: 50 mA/cm^2 of current density, and deposition voltage platforms for titanium substrate ranged from 3.0 to 3.1 V. Additionally, deposition layers are uniform, with no obvious dendrite and deformation. After six cycles deposition and dissolution of the zinc on titanium substrate, there is higher than 85 percent of the current efficiency, therefore titanium plates are proved suitable zinc-carriers for the new acid rechargeable zinc-air battery.
