摘　　要：配送中心作为关键的物流设施,对其布局及设备应该进行科学地布置和配置。介绍了SLP布置方法以及利用其进行布局优化的过程与算法,并以某配送中心为实例进行分析。利用专业的物流仿真软件Flexsim验证配送中心的可行性并进行设备配置优化。As a key logistics facility, distribution centers should be scientific in their layout and equipment allocation. The paper introduces the SLP layout method, its procedure and algorithm in the layout optimization and illustrates its application with a case study of a certain distribution center. Then the specialized logistics simulation software Flexsim is used to verify the feasibility of the layout of the distribution center and to optimize its equipment allocation.
