摘　　要：针对纺织行业库存管理提出了基于EOQ的纺织行业原材料库存控制模型。对某纺织企业库存现状进行了分析,找出了企业原材料库存管理的症结所在,在此基础上建立了纺织行业原材料库存控制模型,解释模型的原理,并检验了模型的应用效果。The paper proposes an EOQ-based raw material inventory control model for the textile industry, then it analyzes the inventory status quo of a certain textile enterprise, locating the deep-seated deficiencies in its raw material inventory management, on the basis of which the inventory control model is established, elaborated on and validated.
