摘 要:介绍了一种新的制备方法:以混酸系(高氯酸/磷酸)为插入剂,在氧化剂三氧化铬的作用下,与天然鳞片石墨反应制备无硫可膨胀石墨,最佳反应条件为:石墨(g)∶70%的HClO4(mL)∶98%的H3PO4(mL)∶CrO3(g)=1∶0.5∶0.4∶0.15,反应温度为86℃,反应时间为60min,膨胀倍率高达334mL/g,最终产品不含硫。迄今为止,未见相同的文献报道。A new method of preparation of sulfur - free and expansible graphite was introduced by using chromic anhydride as the oxidant, a mixture of 70% perchloric acid and 98% phosphoric acid as insertion reagents. The optimum conditions of the preparation were as follows: the mixing ratio of graphite (g), perchloric acid (mL), phosphoric acid (mL) and chromic anhydride(g) was 1: 0.5 : 0.4 : 0.15, reacting temperature was 86℃, reacting time was 60 min. The expansion volume and sulfur content of the expansible graphite were 334mL/g and 0% respectively. To date, similar report was not seen in the literature.
