摘 要:通过对井下作业酸化废水的产生及其主要污染物质进行分析,针对不同类型的酸化废水,考察处理工艺的处理效果,对各关键处理单元的处理剂进行优选,确定现场处理工艺,废水中COD去除率达到90%以上。由于井下作业酸化废水各种污染物质的特殊性,开展酸化废水固化处理的实验研究,对不同固化剂的固化处理效果进行分析,拟定现场施工方案,为井下作业酸化废水的彻底治理提供了新的思路。Based on the analysis of source and quality of the waste water produced by downhole acidification, the treatment process and treatment agents in key sections of that was chosen to consider different kinds of acidification water qualities. The removal rate of the chosen process was higher than 90%. Through the analysis of the compounds of the contaminants, as well as the treatment effects of the different solidification agents, the solidification method of acidification waste water was studied to determine the operative program on - site. A new way of the harmless disposal of downhole acidification waste water was put forward.
