有机立体化学中手性构型教学方法的探讨

摘　　要：用R/S构型命名法描述手性分子的构型教学是有机化学教学的一个重点和难点。针对伞形式、锯架式、纽曼式、费歇尔投影式这四种典型的立体表达式中的手性碳构型的确定方法进行探讨并提出了简便的判定方法。It was an emphase and difficulty of using R/S configuration nomenclature to assign chiral molecule. The assingment of configurations of chiral centers were disscussed for four stereo formulas of umbrella, Sawhorse, newman projection and Fischer projection, and an simple and useful method was put forward.
