摘  要:采用经典的布氏压力计对JOB-9003炸药在60~90℃低温点及110—140℃高温点进行了热分解实验,并对其热老化寿命进行了评估,利用SPME-GC-MS,XPS对低温段分解释出的气体种类和分解后的凝聚相分别进行了定性分析和表面结构分析。结果表明:JOB-9003炸药在60-90℃下具有较好的热安定性能,不易发生热分解反应,其表面结构没有发生变化;当分解深度达0.1%时,JOB-9003炸药在60℃下可贮存34.4年。Thermal decomposition of JOB-9003 explosive was studied at lower temperature range (60℃-90℃ ) and higher temperature range (110℃-140℃) by Bourdon manometer method respectively, and thermal ageing life of the explosive was evaluated. The gas species given off and the condensation phase at the lower temperature range were further analyzed by SPME-GC- MS and XPS. The results suggested that:l ) JOB-9003 explosive possessed good thermal stability and its surface structures remained unchanged at 60℃ -90℃ ;2) The storage life evaluated was 34.4 years for JOB-9003 explosive at 60℃ based on the decomposition depth of 0.1%.
