摘  要:A method was established to determine Baicalin in Scutellaria Baicalensis Extracts by Fourier transform near infrared spectroscopy(FT-NIR) with partial least square(PLS).Relative coefficient was 0.97080,calibration standard deviation was 0.0268 and prediction standard deviation was 0.0268.The model established by using the transmission technology was similar with and the model by using diffuse reflectance.A method was established to determine Baicalin in Scutellaria Baiealensis Extracts by Fourier transform near infrared spectroscopy (FT-NIR) with partial least square (PLS). Relative coefficient was O. 97080, calibration standard deviation was 0. 0268 and prediction standard deviation was 0. 0268. The model established by using the transmission technology was similar with and the model by using diffuse reflectance.
