摘 要:研究沙柳的纤维形态、化学成分,并初步分析其制浆性能。采用三因子三水平的正交试验L9(34),以NaOH用量、蒸煮最高温度、保温时间作为参数变量,研究对纸浆得率、Kappa值及纸浆黏度等性质的影响,分析得出沙柳NaOH-AQ法制浆的最佳条件。结果表明,最佳的NaOH用量为24%,最高温度为170℃,保温时间为90min。经过打浆、HD两段漂白后的浆料,白度可达79.51%ISO,裂断长为6.97km,耐破指数为4.50kPa·m2·g-1,可以满足一般文化用纸的要求。Salixpsammophila was examined to determine their suitability for the production of papermaking pulp. Their chemical compositions, fiber characteristics and pulping properties were studied. Delignification of Salixpsammophila was carried out by NaOH- AQ pulping under varying conditions selected according to an orthogonal experimental design with three factors at three levels each L9(34). The influence of these three factors, NaOH charge maximum temperature and time at maximum temperature on pulp properties (kappa number, viscosity and yield) was investigated. Results indicated that the optimal cooking condition were that NaOH charge 24%, temperature 170℃, temperature reserving time 90min. the brightness of the bleached pulps reached 79.51%ISO, the breaking length was 6.97km, the bursting index was 4.50 kPa m2 g^-1 after beating and HD two stages bleaching. The chemical pulp from Salixpsammophila reached the common quality requirements for fine paper.
