摘  要:研究乙醇浆高浓臭氧漂白工艺参数。在浆浓为45%情况下,讨论不同臭氧用量的漂白效果。研究发现,随着臭氧用量的增加,麦草乙醇浆高锰酸钾值由18.2下降至2.0,白度由26.4%增加到64.0%。臭氧漂白过程还会降解纤维素,使漂浆得率下降,聚合度相应减小。试验结果表明,当臭氧用量在1.2%左右时漂白效果最佳。试验还研究了碱性H2O2补充漂白的效果,结果表明,一段碱性H2O2漂白,浆白度达到81.7%,两段碱性H2O2漂白后白度达到84.1%。In this research, process parameters of high consistency alcohol pulp ozone bleaching were studied. At the pulp consistency 45%, the effect of bleaching with various ozone proportions was discussed. With increase of ozone proportion, the results showed that permanganate value decreased from 18.2 to 2.0, the whiteness increased from 26.4 to 64.0, the cellulose was degraded, and the pulp yield and degree of polymerization were lowed. When the ozone proportion was about 1.2%, the effect of bleaching reached to the best status. Besides, the effect of alkaline H2O2 added bleaching was studied. The results showed that, with one stage alkaline H2O2 bleaching, the whiteness could reach to 81.7%, and with two stages, the whiteness could reach to 84.1%.
