摘 要:Novozymes N476、PulpzymeHC及复合酶用于漂白针叶木浆打浆前预处理,对纸浆的白度、打浆性能及成纸性能进行了研究。结果表明:漂白针叶木浆酶预处理对打浆性能及成纸性能有重要影响,复合酶较适合于漂白针叶木浆酶预处理,Novozymes N476在浆的酶预处理中起主要作用,PulpzymeHC起辅助作用。酶预处理有助于提高纸浆白度,PulpzymeHC提高浆白度效果较Novozymes N476和复合酶更为显著。Novozymes N476, PulpzymeHC and Compound enzyme were used to bleached softwood pulp pretreatment beforebeating as paper properties and whiteness of pulp were studied. The results showed that: bleached softwood pulp to enzymatic modification of pulp beating performance and the paper properties had a major impact. Compound enzyme is more suitable for bleached softwood pulp enzymatic modification, Novozymes N476 in the pulp of the enzymatic modification played a major role, PulpzymeHC played a supporting role. An appropriate amount of enzymatic modification help to improve the pulp brightness. PulpzymeHC have more significant effect of enzymatic modification than Compound enzyme and Novozymes N476 in improving the pulp brightness.
