摘  要:目的对伊痛舒注射液中挥发油成分进行GC-MS分析。方法利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取伊痛舒注射液全方以及单味药材中的挥发油成分,利用GC-MS联用技术,结合计算机Nist-base质谱库检索技术,根据匹配度,对分离的化合物进行初步鉴别,分析伊痛舒注射液全方中挥发油成分的来源。结果伊痛舒注射液全方经水蒸气蒸馏提取,GC-MS分析,共得到59个色谱峰,鉴定了其中39个成分,占挥发性物质含量的53.27%。结论根据保留时间以及计算机质谱库对每个化合物给出的鉴定,分析了这39个成分的来源,其中防风、川芎和羌活对这39个成分的出现起了主要的作用,其次为其他。Objective To analyze the volatile constituents from Yitongshu (traditional Chinese medicines)injection by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods The essential oil in the Yitongshu injection was extracted by steam distillation method, and the chemical constituents of the volatile from the injection were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results Thirty-nine compounds were identified, which accounted for over 55.27 % of the volatile oil. Conclusions According to retention time and identification of computer mass spectrometry database, it is obtained that radix saposhnikoviae, notopterygium root and rhizomaligusticichuanxiong play a major role to the appearance of the thirty-nine compounds.
