一期后前路联合减压治疗多节段脊髓型颈椎病的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨多节段脊髓型颈椎病的治疗方式。方法对72例接受一期后前路联合减压的多节段脊髓型颈椎病患者的术后症状、体征的改善以及并发症的发生情况进行回顾性分析。结果72例患者平均JOA评分由手术前的(9.7±1.31)分提高至手术后的(14.3±1.72)分,手术效果优良率为73.6%。本组患者均未发生严重手术并发症。结论联合应用颈椎后、前路减压手术,是治疗多节段脊髓型颈椎病的安全有效方式。Objective To explore a treatment approach for the multisegmental cervical spondylotic myelopathy. Methods The symptoms, signs and complications of 72 patients with multisegmental cervical spendylotic myelopathy after simultaneously treated with posterior and anterior decompression were retrospectively analyzed. Results The mean preoperative JOA score was 9. 7 ±1.31, while the mean postoperative JOA score was 14.3 ±1.72. The rate of fineness was 73.6%. All patients had no serious complication after surgery. Conclusion The combination of posterior and anterior decompression is a safe and effective method for treating the multisegmental cervical spondylotic myelopathy.
