摘　　要：本文主要从木质部细胞分化常用的实验系统、木质部细胞分化的诱导、木质部细胞的编程性死亡以及次生壁的构建4个方面阐述了木质部细胞分化的研究。In this paper a brief description is give of the current progress of studies on cell differentiation in the xylem from the following four aspects： the system used for experiments on xylem cell differentiation ,the induction of xylem cell differentiation, programmed cell death （PCD） in the xylem, and the construction of the secondary wall.
