摘　　要：为进一步将慢性病费用科学的纳入新型农村合作医疗基金管理,文章对其必要性和可行性进行了深入分析。研究发现,强化新型农村合作医疗对慢性病的管理是非常必要的,而且通过筹资水平的不断提高,进一步将慢性病费用纳入新型农村合作医疗的基金管理也是可行的。建议通过建立慢性病保障基金等方式加强对慢性病患者的补偿,并通过建立健康档案对慢性病患者进行分级管理。In order to furtherly take the fee of chronic diseases of rural residents into the New Rural Cooperative Medical System （NCMS） fund management scientifically, the research had a deep analysis of its necessity and feasibility. The result showed that it is necessary for the NCMS to strengthen the chronic disease management. And with the continuous improvement of the financing level, it is feasible to furtherly take the fee of chronic diseases of rural residents into the NCMS fund management. The research suggests that strengthen the compensation of the chronic patients by setting up chronic disease security fund, and establish health records for the chronic patients in order to manage them into different levels seoarately.
