摘 要:研究了车用增压汽油机的排放特性,阐述了达到欧V排放标准的技术路线。针对催化器非紧耦合布置和暖机速度较慢问题,进行了两方面的研究:一方面通过对三元催化器的分析,优化了其结构设计以及贵金属的涂覆和配比控制,提高了催化转化效率;另一方面通过发动机的电子控制和标定,设定特别的稀燃控制策略和暖机控制策略,降低了发动机的原始排放,提高了催化器的转化效率。排放测试结果表明,上述设计能使增压汽油机满足欧Ⅴ排放标准。The emission performance of vehicle turbocharged gasoline engine was researched and the technical routes to meet Euro Ⅴ emission were analyzed. For the problems of catalyst non-close coupling layout and slow warming up, two different aspects were researched. The structure and control of noble metal coating and proportioning were optimized by analyzing the catalyst, which improved the efficiency of catalytic conversion. The control strategies of lean burn and warming up were designed through the electronic control and calibration, which reduced the original emission and improved the catalytic conversion. Through the emission experiment, the above-mentioned design was proved to make the turbocharged gasoline engine meet Euro Ⅴ emission.
