摘 要:根据柴油机工作过程特点建立了柴油机工作循环的计算机仿真模型,针对起动过程的一些特定转速进行仿真计算,研究了运转参数和环境状态对起动过程的影响。根据柴油机动态特性仿真模型研究了发动机起动过程转速随时间的变化规律,仿真结果与实测结果均较为吻合。结果表明:环境温度越低,起动转速越高,漏气率越大,摩擦力矩越大,柴油机冷起动越困难;该仿真模型可以确定能使发动机起动成功的最低拖动转速,对起动机和蓄电池的选配具有指导意义。The simulation model of working process was built according to the working characteristics of diesel engine. The simulation was carried out for some specific speeds of cold start, and the influences of operating parameters and ambient conditions on starting process were further researched. Besides, the varying of speed with time during the starting was researched with the dynamic simulation model. The simulation results coincided with the experiment results. The results show that the lower the ambient temperature is, the higher starting speed, the more leakage and the greater friction torque occurs. With the simulation model, the lowest cranking speed can be determined, which provides the guidance for selecting the starter and bat- tery.
