摘  要:分析了活塞工作压力与工作温度对活塞失效的影响,阐述了活塞燃烧室喉口部位失效模式(机械失效与热机械失效)及失效机理。对普通铸造活塞和局部重熔活塞进行了对比试验研究,从显微组织方面进行了破坏机理的对比分析,指出局部重熔处理工艺可细化材料的微观结构颗粒,降低了材料对微观塑性变形开裂的敏感性,延长柴油机活塞的使用寿命。The influences of operating pressure and operating temperature on piston failure were analyzed. The failure modes, which were mechanical failure and thermal mechanical failure, and failure mechanism of piston throat area were introduced. The comparison between conventional cast piston and local remelting piston was carried out. From the microstructure, the failure mechanism of them was contrasted and analyzed. The results show that the local remelting can improve material microstructure which decreases the material sensitivity to micro-plastic deformation and prolongs the lifetime of diesel piston.
