摘  要:三河电厂3号机组锅炉电动给水泵在运行中出现泵轴振动值严重超标。为此,对在不同负荷下的电动给水泵的振动情况进行监测分析。经检查发现,导致该水泵振动的原因较多,诸如联轴器缺陷、基础垫块接触不良和密封圈汽蚀。针对存在的问题采取了相应的措施,取得了理想的效果,排除了电动给水泵不能正常备用的安全隐患。The motor driven boiler feedwater pump (MBFP) of unit 1 in Sanhe Power Plant encountered excessive shaft vibration during the operation. Therefore the vibration of MBFP under variable load condition was monitored and analyzed, coming to a conclusion that the vibration of the MBFP was aroused by some reasons, such as the defect of shaft coupling, the bad contact of the foundation cushion block and cavitation of seal ring. According to the problems existed the respective measure was adopted in result to obtain ideal result and eliminate the hidden peril that the MBFP could not be in good standby condition.
