摘　　要：调度自动化系统的安全防护是一个重要课题,通过对承德电网调度自动化系统的配置、结构和特点的分析,明确了安全防护策略,制订了安全防护实施方案,提高了调度自动化系统安全防护水平。The safety protection of dispatching automation system is an important issue. Through the analysis of configuration, structure and characteristics of dispatching automation system of Chengde network, it clearly defined the tactics of safety protection, and worked out the implementing scheme of safety protection, the safety protection level of dispatching automation system is raised.
