摘 要:针对镁合金轮毂结构复杂、塑性成形困难的特点,提出用等温挤压及胀形工艺成形AZ80镁合金轮毂,并制定了成形工艺路线,设计加工出模具。主要成形工艺参数为:挤压温度350~400℃、压头平均挤压速度0.2 mm.s-1、胀形温度200~250℃。轮毂轮辋部位最大抗拉强度σb、屈服强度0σ.2及延伸率δ分别达到338.4 MPa、190 MPa和14.1%,机械性能明显优于铸态组织。该工艺成形力小、工序简单、生产效率高,是镁合金轮毂塑性成形的发展方向。In view of the complex structure of magnesium alloy wheel and its difficulties of plastic forming,isothermal extrusion and bulging technology were put forward to form magnesium alloy wheel of AZ80.The process route was scheduled and the mold was designed.Processing parameters were obtained as follows: extrusion temperature was preheated at 350-400℃,average velocity of pressure head was 0.2mm·s-1,bulging temperature was at 200-250℃.Tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the rim were 338.4MPa,190MPa and 14.1%.Mechanical properties is significantly better than as-cast structure,This technology has small extrusion force,simple process,high productivity,and will be a development direction for plastic forming of magnesium alloy wheel.
