摘 要:挤压机活动横梁下部发生断裂并产生裂缝,丧失功能需进行修理。采用自制的、具有锁紧装置的液压顶紧装置将其复位后,在裂缝上面、下面和侧面分别采用二氧化碳气体保护焊和直流弧焊的方法进行焊接。采用焊前预热、焊中保温、焊后低温回火和每焊一层后振动打击的方法消除焊接应力。焊接修理后恢复了活动横梁的功能,经过几年的使用证明,满足压机的功能要求。Fracture cracks are generated at the bottom beam of extruding press,which losses its functions and needs to be repaired.Being repositioned with home-made self-locking hydraulic puller device,the carbon dioxide gas arc welding and DC arc welding were made on the top,bottom and side parts of the fracturing crack.The warm-up before welding,heat holding during welding,low temperature tempering after welding and vibrating and hitting operation after every welding layer were used to eliminate the welding stress.After welding repair,active beam function was restored.It proves that it can meet the requirement of the extruding press through the application experiences for several years.
