棘腹蛙、棘胸蛙和双团棘胸蛙血细胞的比较研究

摘　　要：为棘腹蛙、棘胸蛙和双团棘胸蛙的人工饲养、两栖类血液生理学和比较细胞学研究提供基础资料,采用常规血涂片Wright染色法对水城地区的棘腹蛙(Paa boulengeri)、棘胸蛙(Paa spinosa)和双团棘胸蛙(Paa yunnanensis)的血细胞进行显微观察、形态参数测定。结果表明:3种棘蛙的血细胞在形态上区别不大,大小上存在差异。Wright stain in blood smear was applied to undertake the microscopic observation, and polymorphic parameter measurement of blood cells for P. boulengeri, P. spinosa, and p. yunnanensis around Shuicheng area in Guizhou to provide basic data for their artificial feeding, study on blood physiology of amphibians, and comparative cytology. Results showed that there was no difference on morphology of blood cells except difference on size for the 3 species.
