摘 要:采用RAPD技术从26个随机引物中筛选出8个引物对汉江上游汉中段野生鲫鱼群体的遗传多样性进行研究,结果共检测出512个位点,其中多态位点347个,其多态位点比例(P)为67.77%;利用POPGEN软件获得汉江上游汉中段野生鲫鱼群体11个个体间的遗传距离,个体间遗传距离(D)在0.0086~0.5350,个体间遗传相似系数(S)在0.5856~0.9915,Shannon遗传多样性指数(H0)为0.6525。试验表明,汉江上游汉中段野生鲫鱼群体仍保持着较丰富的遗传多样性,应加以保护。Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique was applied to detect the DNA polymorphism in 11 individuals of wild Carassius from upstream of Hanjiang River. Eight random primers were used and 512 sites were generated, and there were 347 polymorphic loci among them, which with percentage of 67.77%. The genetic distance matrix among the 11 individuals of wild Carassius in upstream of Hanjiang River were calculated by using software POPGEN, the genetic distance (D), genetic similarity (S), and Shannon's genetic diversity index (H0) among the individuals were 0. 0086-0. 5350,0. 0086- 0. 5350, 0. 652 5 respectively. Result showed that the genetic diversity of wide population Carassius in upstream of Hanjiang River was abundant, it should be protected.
