摘 要:目的:叶底珠水提取物对四氯化碳引起小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:60只小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组、阳性对照组。高、中、低剂量组分别按2.0,1.0,0.5g/kg-1灌胃叶底珠水提取物;阳性对照组按0.1g/kg-1水飞蓟宾灌胃;正常组和模型组给予等体积生理盐水。第5天给药1小时后,模型组、高、中、低剂量组和阳性对照组按0.015ml.g-1腹腔注射0.1%CCl4,正常对照组腹腔注射等体积生理盐水。测定小鼠血清天冬氨酸转氨酶(aspartate transaminase,AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine transaminase,ALT)活性和肝组织超氧化歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性及丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量。结果:叶底珠水提取物能显著降低CCl4所致小鼠血清ALT和AST活性(P<0.01),同时升高肝组织SOD活性(P<0.01),降低肝组织MDA的含量(P<0.01)。结论:叶底珠水提取物对CCl4所致小鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用。Objectives : To study the protective effect of the tender leaves and twigs of Securtinega suffruticosa ( Pall. ) Rehd. Aqueous extract on carbon tetrachloride induced acute liver injury in mice. Method: Sixty mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, positive control group, high - dosage group, middle - dosage group and tow - dosage group. The drug groups were pretreated intragastrieally with 2.0, 1.0, 0. 5 g · kg^-1 aqueous extract of the tender leaves and twigs of S. suffruticosa, positive control group was pretreated intragastrically with 0. 1 g · kg^-1 silybin. Control mice were given the same volume physiological saline. On the 5^th day of feeding, the mice except normal control group were given intraperitoneally carbon tetraehlorlde. The serum ALT and AST, SOD activity and MDA content in liver were measured. Results: The aqueous extract of the tender leaves and twigs of S. suffruticosa decreased ALT and AST levels in serum, increased the activity of SOD, and reduced the content of MDA in liver. Conclusions: It is revealed that the aqueous extract of the tender leaves and twigs of S. suffruticosa could prevent the acute liver injury induced by CCl4 in mice.
