针刺攒竹配公孙治疗顽固性呃逆42例临床观察

摘　　要：本文为回顾性临床评价研究,通过提插点刺针法刺攒竹穴配快速捻转针法刺公孙穴的方法治疗42例顽固性呃逆患者,观察攒竹配公孙治疗顽固性呃逆的临床疗效。结果:发现此针法能很好的止呃抗逆,针3次治愈率90.05%、好转率7.1%,总有效率97.6%。结论:攒竹疏太阳之邪,公孙补太阴之虚,攻补兼施,内外兼调,具有调畅气机,宽胸利膈,止呃抗逆之功,攒竹与公孙配伍操作方便,疗效显著。Objectives ： This article is a retrospective study of clinical evaluation. Methods ： By using the method of puncturing BL2 （Cuanzhu） with the lifting and thrusting technique, and needling SP4 （Gongsun） with the swift twirling and rotating technique, 42 patients with obstinate hiccup were treated, and the clinical curative effect of aeupuncturing BL2 （Cuanzhu） plus SP4 （Gongsun） for this disease was observed. It was found that this acupuncturing method can effectively stop hiccup and calm the adverse - rising Qi. Results： After three treatments, the curative rate was 90. 5 %, the improving rate was 7.1%, and the total effective rate was 97.6%. Conclusions ： BL2 （Cuanzhu） can dispel the evil of Taiyang, and SP4 （Gongsun） can tonify the deficiency of Taiyin. The two acupionts combined together can eliminate and reinforce, regulate the interior and exterior simultaneously, and has the effect of regulating the functional activities of Qi, relieving chest stuffiness and diaphragm, and stopping hiccup and calming the adverse -rising Qi. The method of combining BL2 （Cuanzhu） and SP49Gongsun） is very easy to operate, and has significant curative effect.
