足部反射区按摩与中药浴足防治糖尿病足的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨足部反射区按摩与中药浴足对糖尿病中、高危足的临床疗效。方法:选择本院2007年6月～2008年12月90例糖尿病足患者,按入院顺序随机分为A、B、C三组,患者纳入后,在糖尿病常规治疗(如降压、调糖、调脂等)基础上,A组给予常规健康教育;B组在常规健康教育的基础上加穴位按摩;C组在B组的基础上加中药浴足。三组患者护理干预2个月后进行效果评价。结果:三组间的症候积分在护理干预前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理干预2个月后三组间的症候积分变化差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:足部反射区按摩配合中药浴足可减轻糖尿病足患者下肢缺血情况,从而改善下肢疼痛、麻木等症状效果明显。Objectives： To explore the clinical efficacy of diabetes with moderate and high risk foot by foot reflex zone massage and feet bath with traditional chinese medicine. Methods： Choose 90 patients with diabetic foot in our hospital from June 2007 to December 2008, According to the order of admission, they were randomly divided into A, B, C three groups, After patients were included in, A group was given regular health education based on conventional diabetes therapy （ such as lowering blood pressure, adjusting blood glucose, hpid, ect. ） ; B group was given acupuncture point massage on the basis of conventional health education ; C group was administered feet bath with traditional chinese medicine based on the methods of B group. Effective evaluation was conducted to patients of three groups after 2 months of nursing intervention. Results ： There was no statistical significance of difference about symptomatic integration among the three groups before nursing intervention （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, After 2 months of nursing intervention, The changeable difference of symptomatic integration among three was statistically significant { P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions ： Foot reflex zone massage along with feet bath with traditional chinese medicine can relieve the situation of lwer limb ischemia in patients with diabetic foot, Thereby, The effects of improvement of lower extremity pain, numbness and other symptoms were obvious.
