摘　　要：介绍了在气辅注射成型中应用Moldflow软件的关键步骤,通过一个实例,分析了气体压力对气体穿透的影响。正确使用软件和合理利用分析结果,可以优化产品结构、减少试模次数,缩短产品周期,从而提高生产率,降价生产成本。Described the key step of application of Moldflow software in the gas-assisted injection molding.Analyzed the effects of gas penetration on gas pressure by an example.Through properly using the software and rationally taking the results,it can optimize the product structure,reduce the number of test mode and shorten product life cycles,thereby enhanced productivity,and reduced the cost.
