摘 要:以亚洲百合‘精粹’(Lilium Asiatic hybrid cv.‘Elite’)试管苗为试验材料,通过不同浓度激素、活性碳与大量元素处理,建立亚洲百合生根移载体系。结果显示,低浓度的NAA(0.1~0.2mg·L-1)有利于根的诱导,生根率均达100%;大量元素1/4MS处理更适合试管苗的生根和小鳞茎形成;“IBA+AC”处理最佳组合是2.0mg·L-1 IBA+0.1%AC;鳞茎直径≥9mm的试管苗去顶4℃低温冷藏4周,移栽后喷施1/2MS营养液,长势最好,成活率达到100%。本试验获得适宜亚洲百合的生根移栽技术体系:生根最佳配方为1/4MS+0.1~0.2mg·L1NAA或1/4MS+2.0mg·L-1IBA+0.1%AC;最佳移栽技术为选取鳞茎直径5~7mm的试管苗去顶,4℃低温冷藏4周后移栽,栽后喷施1/2MS或MS营养液。Using tube plantlets of L ilium Asiatic hybrid cv. ‘Elite' as the test material, rooting and transplanting system was established by the treatment of the hormones with different concentrations, activated carbon, and macro elements. The results showed that NAA at low concentrations (0.1~0.2 mg·L-1) was more beneficial for root induction, the rate of rooting was up to 100%. 1/4MS was more suitable to deal With the plantlet rooting and form small bulb. The optimal ratio of IBA and AC for rooting was 2.0 mg·L-1 IBA+0. 1%AC. The in vitro growth of plantlets were the strongest, and survival rate was 100% after incubating at 4℃ for 4 weeks when the diameter of bulblet was ≥9 mm. The most suitable system of rooting and transplanting was established: 1/4MS+0.1--0. 2 mg·L-1 NAA or 1/4MS +2.0 mg · L-1 IBA+0. 1% AC were the best formula, and the best transplanting for in vitro planttets was to choose di- ameter of bulblet that was about ≥9 mm and cut its leaves, after 4℃ low-temperature refrigeration for 4 weeks, and then spray with 1/2MS or MS nourishing cream.
