摘　　要：美国在汽车燃料标准的制定和燃料效率的测试方面一直走在世界前列,形成了一系列有着严密体系的法规。文章介绍了2007年美国环保署发布的一项名为Smartway的燃料测试草案。该草案着重介绍了中重型车辆,尤其是重型卡车燃油消耗量的测试方法,涵盖了包括公共事业服务卡车、城市公交汽车及地区货物运送车辆等不同用途的车辆。文章分析对比了该草案中的循环工况与我国现有工况的异同,最终得到草案对我国中重型车辆燃料标准制定的参考价值。The U.S, who has taken the leading place in the field of establishing automotive fuel standards and fuel efficiency testing, has instituted a series of standards and regulations. Smartway, a fuel test draft issued by US Environmental Protection Agency in 2007 is introduced. The method which test the fuel consumption of medium and heavy duty vehicles was introduced in the draft, especially the heavy duty trucks, including vehicles of different uses, such as utility service trucks, transit buses, local pick up and delivery trucks. The similarities and differences between the driving cycles in the draft and the existing cycle in domestic is analyzed and compared. Finally, the reference for developing the standard-setting of medium and heavy duty vehicles in China was given.
