福州市旧住宅小区停车位现状及对策初探

摘　　要：随着福州市汽车拥有量快速增长,旧住宅小区停车位日益紧张。文章通过对旧住宅小区的调研,指出解决此问题的应对措施并提出了一套旧小区停车位改造模式,用以缓解福州市旧住宅小区停车难的问题。With the rapid growth of car in Fuzhou, the old residential quarters increasingly tense in parking spaces. Through the field researching in Fuzhou＇s old residential quarters, the author points out some situations and molds a set of model to meet the old residential parking needs, which eases the old residential district difficult in parking.
