摘 要:目的分离并鉴定茵陈蒿(Artemisia capillaries Thunb.)中的化学成分,以寻找具有活性的化合物,为中药新药研发奠定基础。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、羟丙基葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱、制备HPLC多种分离方法,对茵陈蒿的水提取物的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取部分进行分离,根据理化性质和波谱学数据鉴定化学结构。结果分离鉴定了9个已知化合物,分别为7-甲氧基香豆素(1)、对羟基苯乙酮(2)、烟酸(3)、3(R)-癸-4,6,8-三炔-1,3-二醇(4)、3(R)-癸-4,6,8-三炔-1,3-二醇-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、3(R)-9-癸烯-4,6-二炔-1,3,8-三醇(6)、对羟基苯乙酮吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、苯甲醇-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)和胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷(9)。结论化合物4~7为首次从该属植物中分离得到。Aim To isolate the chemical constituents and to elucidate their structures from Artemisia capillaries Thunb. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and HPLC techniques. And these compounds were identified by the physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Nine compounds were obtained and their structures were elucidated as 7-methoxycoumarin ( 1 ) ,4-hydroxyacetophenone (2), nicotinic acid ( 3 ), 3 (R) -deca-4,6,8-triyne-1,3-diol ( 4), 3 ( R ) -deca-4,6,8-triyne-1,3 -diol- 1- O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 5 ), 3 ( R ) -9-decene-4,6-diyne-1,3,8-triol ( 6 ), 4-hydroxyacetophenone-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 7 ), phenylcarbinol-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 8 ), and thymidin(9). Conclusion Compounds 4-7 were isolated from the A rtemisia for the first time.
