摘 要:从浙江省、黑龙江省和上海市分别采集分离到的水稻恶苗病菌菌株分别为34个、2个和1个,用生物学种(配合群)和营养体亲和群方法分析其遗传多样性.结果表明,有35个菌株分属于A、D、E、F四个配合群,其中以D配合群为主,另有2个菌株不能归属于已知的配合群.在这35个配合群的菌株中,25个菌株是异核体自身亲和的,且可分为20个营养体亲和群.其中17个营养体亲和群分别只含1个菌株,有1个营养体亲和群含4个菌株,有2个营养体亲和群分别含2个菌株.D、E、F三个配合群的遗传多样性指数分别为0.7、0.8和1.0.由此可见水稻恶苗病菌在遗传上的多样性.Thirty seven isolates of Fusarium section Liseola collected from rice with bakanae disease were tested to determine the biological species (mating population) and vegetative compatibility group (VCG) to which they belonged. Among them, 34 isolates were from Zhejiang Province, 2 from Heilongjiang Province, 1 from Shanghai. The sexual crosses with the standard testers from six (A ̄F) distinct mating populations of Gibberella fujikuroi indicated that 35 isolates belonged to the 'A', 'D', 'E' and 'F' mating populations,respectively ,with 'D' mating population predominant. Two isolates could not be crossed with any of the known mating populations. In pairing tests of the 35 isolates for their vegetative comaptibility, 25 were heterokaryon self compatible and could be classified into 20 VCG S. Of them, 17 VCG S were represented by only a single isolate, whereas one VCG covered 4 isolates, and another two VCG S covered 2 isolates, respectively. The genetic diversity indexes for the members belonging to 'D', 'E' and 'F' mating populations were 0.7,0.8 and 1.0,respectively. It is concluded that isolates of Fusarium section Liseola from the diseased rice were genetically diverse.
