摘 要:将京优葡萄从花前至果实采收进行不完全封闭的普通钢筋大棚覆盖,研究了大棚内的小气候环境.结果表明:1997年7月中旬上午6时至下午16时棚内温度高于露地对照,下午16时至次日上午5时低于对照;上午6时至下午13时棚内相对湿度低于露地,13时至次日上午5时高于露地.棚内京优葡萄与露地相比,座果率提高35.2%,单果重增加22.1%;至成熟采收时,果汁中可溶性固形物提高了12.7%,酸度降低,果实品质得到明显改善.Some Jingyou grape trees were sheltered with plastic house from prebloom stage up to harvest, while the others were grown in the field as control. The environment of microclimate in the plastie house was studied. The results showed that from 06:00:00 to 16:00:00 air tempterature in mid July in 1997 was higher in the plastic house than in the field,but was lower from 16:00:00 to 05:00:00 of the following day. Relative humidity was lower from 06:00:00 to 13:00:00 in the plastic house as compared to that in the field, again it was reversed from 13:00:00 to 05:00:00 of the next day. Fruit setting in the plastic house increased by 35.2%. At harvest time, fruit weight and total soluble solids in juice of jingyou grape grown in the plastic house increased by 22.1% and 12.7%, respectively, with the tartaric acid content somewhat lowered. Consequently, a noticeable improvement of fruit quality was attained.
