摘 要:将1000羽(♂∶♀为1∶9)1日龄绍鸭进行分组饲养,研究了在等能(ME:计算值为11.92MJ/kg,实测值为11.51MJ/kg)条件下,9个不同粗蛋白水平系列(CP:在0~4,5~12和13~18周龄阶段分别为22%,18%,16%;20%,18%,16%;20%,16%,14%;18%,18%,16%;18%,16%,16%;18%,16%,14%;16%,16%,14%;16%,14%,12%;14%,14%,12%)的育成饲粮对绍鸭育成后产蛋性能的影响.结果表明:生长期中喂以不同CP系列饲粮的试鸭,其50%和80%的产蛋率及19~30周龄的平均蛋重差异显著(p<0.05),其余产蛋性能指标均无显著差异.高CP系列组的蛋重较大,而低CP系列组的产蛋率和19~30周龄的总产蛋量及饲料报酬较高.达50%和80%产蛋率的日龄(r=0.536,p>0.05和r=0.585,p>0.05)和平均蛋重(r=0.481,p>0.05和r=0.664,p<0.05)与0~18周龄的CP消耗量间均有不同程度的正相关;19~30周龄的平均蛋重(r=0.896,p<0.01)和平均产蛋率(r=-0.339)与生长期CP?A grouped feeding trail was conducted with 1 000 one day old Shaoxing ducks (male∶female=1∶9) fed on 9 isoenergetic diets (ME: 11.92 MJ/kg, calculated or 11.51 MJ/ kg, determined) in different crude protein (CP) squences (22%, 18% and 16% for 0-4, 5-12 and 13-18 weeks respectively, 20%,18% and 16%, 20%,16% and 14%, 18%,18% and 16%, 18%,16% and 14%, 18%,14% and 12%, 16%,16% and 14%, 16%, 14% and 12% and 14%,14% and 12%) to study the effect of dietary CP levels in the rearing period on egg laying performance of Shaoxing ducks in the laying period (each fed the same layer diet containing ME 11 51 MJ/kg and CP18%) The results indicated that the average egg weights at 50% and 80% egg production (EP) and 19-30 weeks of age for ducks received higher CP series during the rearing period were significant heavier ( p <0 05), whereas birds fed lower CP series produced more eggs and higher total egg production during the laying period (19-30 weeks of age) There was no significant di fference ( p >0 05) in age at the first egg laying, 50% and 80% EP and overall laying performance for the first 10 weeks after the day of 50% EP among ducks on different CP series during the growing period except for egg weight There were some extent positive correlation between ages up to 50% and 80% EP( r =0 536, p >0 05 and r =0 585, p >0 05) and average egg weights ( r =0 481, p >0 05 and r =0 664, p <0 05) and CP intake (CPI) in the rearing period (0~18 weeks of age) There was significant positive correlation between average egg weight from 19~30 weeks of age ( r =0 896, p <0 01) and CPI in the rearing period, and a certain extent negative correlation between average egg production from 19~30 weeks of age ( r =-0 339, p > 0 05 ) and CPI during the rearing period It is suggested that the proper CP levels in diets containing ME 11 51 MJ/kg are 16%-18%, 14%-16% and 12%-13% or CP:ME ratio (g/MJ): 13.9-15.6, 12.2- 13.9 and 10.4-11.3 for growing duck from 0-4, 5-12
