摘  要:半开式旋涡泵采用新型的半开式叶轮,为研究其空化特性,采用基于雷诺时均方程和RNGk-ε湍流模型的单相模型对其内部流场进行数值模拟,得到了叶片表面速度和压力的分布规律,半开式旋涡泵的叶片根部是发生空化的危险区域.在对空化监测方法进行总结分析的基础上,针对半开式旋涡泵的具体特点,选择能量和噪声结合的方法进行了试验研究,结果表明,半开式旋涡泵工作性能稳定,半开式叶轮改善了旋涡泵的空化性能.在同等条件下半开式旋涡泵比闭式旋涡泵的性能有较大改善,对深入研究半开式旋涡泵的理论计算和设计提供了依据.Semi-open vortex pump has one new kind of semi-open impeller. In order to study the cavitation performance, a numerical simulation was conducted to analyze internal flow field of semi-open vortex pump. One-phase model based on Reynolds time-averaged equations and RNG k -ε turbulence model was used. The distributions of pressure and velocity on blade surface were obtained. The bottom of semi-open impeller is crucial area for cavitation. Based on summarizing the detection of cavitation, the method combined sound and flow-head way was adopted for cavitation experiment. The results show that the semi-open vortex pump performance is steady and the semi-open impeller improve the cavitation performance. Under the same conditions, semi-open vortex pump performance is better than that of closed one. This provides basis of theoretical research and design for semi-open vortex pump.
