摘  要:为研究荷电喷雾两相流动中雾滴在静电力与流体力的共同作用下运动特性和湍流脉动特性对其传热传质的影响,采用相位多普勒粒子动态分析仪(Particle Dynamic Analyzer,PDA)对荷电喷雾两相流场进行了测量.将荷电两相流动中粒径小于10μm的雾滴作为连续相,其余粒子作为离散相,实现了荷电喷雾两相流动的测量.获得了不同液气比下雾滴粒径、两相速度与湍流脉动强度等随荷电电压的变化关系.试验结果表明:雾滴粒径随着荷电电压的增大而明显减小;不同的荷电电压下气液两相流动速度趋于一致,荷电雾滴具有良好的跟随性;荷电喷雾两相的湍流脉动强度差异较大,雾滴本身在静电力作用下产生较大的脉动.In order to study the influence of droplet's motion and turbulent pulsation featares on the heat and mass tranfer characteristics under the effect of electrostatic forces and fluid forces in electrostatic spray two-phase flow, Particle Dynamic Analyzer was adopted to measure the electrostatic spray two-phase flow. The relationship of droplets diameter distributions, velocity and turbulent pulsating intensity with voltages were gained for various gas liquids ratios. The droplets whose diameter is less than 10 l^m was regarded as continuous phase, and the other droplets was considered as discrete one. The gas-droplets two-phase fluid information was obtained. The experiment data indicate that the droplets diameter reduces with voltages in- cresing, and the droplets velocity is according with the gas and is unchangeable under different voltages. The droplets turbulent pulsating intensity is differ from continuous phase, and the droplets have produced much more pulsating than continuous phase in electrostatic field.
