摘  要:褐藻胶寡糖(Alginate-Derived Oligosaccharide,ADO),作为信号分子参与植物的许多生长发育调控活动。褐藻胶寡糖在促进植物生长等方面的研究已引起了人们的广泛关注。用不同浓度褐藻胶寡糖处理高粱种子,研究褐藻胶寡糖对高粱种子萌发及幼苗生理活性的影响。结果表明:较低浓度的褐藻胶寡糖均能促进种子萌发和幼苗生长;能够促进高粱叶片合成叶绿素;能够提高根系活力;不同褐藻胶寡糖浓度对高粱种子α-淀粉酶和β-淀粉酶活性影响不同。0.0625%浓度的褐藻胶寡糖浸种处理对于提高根系活力、提高幼苗叶绿素含量影响最明显;0.125%浓度的褐藻胶寡糖浸种处理有利于提高高粱幼苗发芽率、淀粉酶活力,苗高和根长也表现出最大优势。表明低浓度的褐藻胶寡糖有利于提高植物幼苗的抗性。研究为褐藻胶寡糖在农业生产应用等方面提供一定的科学依据。Alginate-derived oligosaccharide(ADO), as a signaling molecule, involves in regulation of plant growth and development of many of activities. The research of ADO promoting the plant growth and other aspects has amused extensive attention. Effects of different concentration of alginate-derived oligosaccharide (ADO) were studied on seed germination and seedling physiological characters of sorghum beans. The result indicated that ADO boosted seed germination and seedling growth and improved the activity of root system; Effects of different concentrations of AI30 were difference between activity of α-amylases and β-arnylases. 0. 062 5% ADO improved the root activity and the chlorophyll content of seedlings obviously; 0.125 % ADO enhanced greatly on the germination rate of sorghum seedlings, amylase, seedling height and root length. The experiments showed that low concentrations of ADO improved the resistance of plant seedlings. In this study, we provided some scientific basis in the application of ADO in agricultural production.
