摘　　要：树突状细胞为体内专职抗原提呈的细胞,能激活T细胞,参与移植排斥反应,在诱导免疫耐受方面也发挥重要的作用,尤其在器官移植领域中的应用已受到广泛关注。文中综述树突状细胞诱导移植耐受的研究进展,初步探索树突状细胞在器官移植中的应用前景,为临床建立移植耐受提供资料。Dendritic cells, as professional antigen presenting cells in vivo, can activate T cells, participate in allograft rejection, and play an important role in inducing immune tolerance. They have drawn wide attention from medical researchers, particularly in the field of organ transplantation. This review updates the researches on dendritic cell-induced transplantation tolerance and looks into the prospect of the application of dendritic cells in organ transplantation.
