凉血活血汤联合NB-UVB治疗玫瑰糠疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察凉血活血汤联合NB-UVB治疗玫瑰糠疹的疗效。方法128例患者随机分为治疗组42例(内服凉血活血汤及NB-UVB照射),对照1组38例(内服凉血活血汤),对照2组48例(NB-UVB照射)。结果治疗组治愈时间(6.03±3.75)天,对照1组(8.54±5.43)天,对照2组(8.41±5.36)天,治疗组治愈早于对照1组和2组,差异有显著性意义(P均<0.05)。治疗组有效率95.24%,对照1组60.53%,对照2组81.25%,治疗组疗效优于对照1组和2组,差异有显著性意义(P均<0.05)。结论凉血活血汤联合NB-UVB治疗玫瑰糠疹疗效好,起效快。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of treatment of Pityriasis Rosea by Liang Xue Huo Xue Tang combined with Narrowband UVB. Methods 128 patients with pityriasis rosea were divided into three groups randomly, the patients in treatment group used Liang Xue Huo Xue Tang combined with NB-UVB, The patients of control 1 （38, only took with Liang Xue Huo Xue Tang）, The patients of control 2 （48, only took with Narrow-band UVB）, Observation of curative effect, safe and time. Results The average curative time in the treatment group was （6.03± 3.75 ） d, the control 1 was （8.54±5.43 ） d, the control 2 was （8, 41± 5.36 ） d, the average curative time in the treatment group was significant faster than that in control （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The effective rate of patients in treatment group was 95.24%, 60.53% in the control 1,81.25%in the control 2, the effective rate of patients in treatment group was significant better than that in control groups（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Liang Xue Huo Xue Tang combined with Narrowband UVB has significantly and rapidly response in treatment of pityriasis posea.
