拔毛后自体表皮移植治疗有毛部位白癜风疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察拔去毛发后自体表皮移植治疗有毛部位白癜风的疗效。方法35例有毛部位白癜风患者均先拔去毛发后磨削,自体表皮移植,可粘弹力绷带适当用力包扎,3个月后判定疗效。结果有效率为91.05%,同时对白斑明显处补充治疗1次后,痊愈率为100%,新长的毛发也为黑色。结论拔毛后自体表皮移植可提高表皮移植的疗效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of the technique of autoepidermal graft to treat vitiligo in pilose sites by hair extirpating. Methods After the removal of hair, 35 patients with vitiligo in Pilose sites were treated by the method of autoepidermal graft with visco-elastic bandage dressing. Results The total effective rate was 91.05%, the cure rate was 100% by replacing therapy after 3 months, and the new long hair was also black. Conclusions Hair extirpating can improve the efficacy of autoepidermal graft in Pilose Sites.
